We really enjoyed have lunch at the terrace under the sun.. it was quite and the neighborhood it's nice, close to the river aswell.
The food was nice, one main course each one was enough food for us. I liked the salad ???? that came with the bratwurst, usually is no more than lettuce, was very nice, and the mashed potatoes too.
The waiter didn't look in his best day and he asked for the tip at the end, which I think it's very inappropriate.
Overall I would recommend it and go back.

Found Daheim Im Lorsbacher when we were walking around banks of Main. This is a tavern which had a nice outside seating. There was a good range of Germany dishes and also a vast variety of home made Apfelwein(Apple wine)

We tried their Schnitzel, Bratwurst, Salad, Apfelwein and Mispelchen.

Schnitzel was amazing. It was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Bratwurst was very flavourful.

The highlight was their Apfelwein. It was so refreshing and tasty. Also, when you are there try their Mispelchen. It was a short drink with a nice peach or apricot inside.

Their hospitality was also amazing. overall a well rounded wonderful experience

Very typical German restaurant but the service is not that German (it’s a compliment)
schnitzel (pork) is already very tasty with Frankfurt local green sauce, the veal schnitzel tastes even better, more tender but ofc a bit more expensive too.
For tourists, make sure you also try their shots.
During Xmas time, they offer Goose menu. There are several options (only goods, 2-gang menu or 3-gang menu with shot and Prosecco)

Wanted to go here again after my amazing experience in 2018 and 2019. Great food and well thought out ambience. An outstanding compliment to their well-trained staff. It is unlike other German restaurants in the city of Frankfurt. Price wise also i would say not bad.We had a great evening and would definitely be back very soon.

It was a pleasure to enjoy the mail in such a faboulus location with delicious food. We got traditional German meal - Schnitzel, Potatoes, Asparagus, Regional Grüne Soße and of course Apfelwein! If you are looking for tasty regional food, you should visit Daheim and order above meals. Besides you have to try their dielicious Apfelwein! I don't know if you will find more choice anywhere in Germany! At the end don't forget to try regional Mispelchen! :)

Traditional German restaurant with a beautiful terrace. Food was very good but the service was very slow and they forgot about us, as we were placed at the back of the restaurant.

Great food nice environment, if you want to try typical German good and then go for some drinks, is a good place then, is better to make reservations in advance
