I have my lasik 3 weeks ago, so far is going fine and getting better day by day. I like the place is strategic, the staffs are friendly, their service is excellent ! My doctor could speak english properly and he explained good. I hope i can bring my husband there again for his turn to get lasik too. ????

Den Termin zum Gespräch/Voruntersuchung konnte ich unkompliziert online ausmachen.

Das Personal bei Care Vision ist durchweg freundlich und Dr. Rafizade ein sehr netter, humorvoller und kompetenter Arzt. Die OP war schmerzfrei, die Stunden danach nicht angenehm, aber am nächsten Tag ging es mir schon wieder ziemlich gut und ich erlangte 100% Sehleistung bzw Sehschärfe (bei vorher ca -5 Dioptrien.)

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stufe ich als sehr gut ein.

Natürlich sollte man sich der möglichen Risiken eines Eingriffs dieser Art bewusst sein, über die ich auch aufgeklärt wurde.

Kleiner Wunsch: ich fände es schön wenn Care Vision den Patienten eine Schutzbrille für die ersten Nächte mitgeben würde.

Und bei den Untersuchungen könnten noch etwas genauere Anweisungen etwa "bitte nicht blinzeln, erst wenn ich ich es sage" helfen, damit die Ergebnisse schneller feststehen. Nach der OP hätte ein "Passen Sie beim Aufstehen auf, über Ihnen ist noch ein Gerät" vielleicht verhindert das ich etwas durch den Wind und schon im Normalzustand tollpatschig an das Gerät angestoßen bin. Es ist nichts passiert mir nicht und der Technik zum Glück auch nichts und die Mitarbeiterin hat sehr lieb reagiert.

Alles in allem ist am Ende alles gut geworden. Alle sind sehr nett, die Ärzte kompetent. Ich wäre gerne besser darauf vorbereitet worden auf die Schmerzen, die eingeplant 3 Tage zur Genesung waren über drei Wochen. Sicherlich ist das nicht immer so, dennoch sollte man es mit einplanen. Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit ist katastrophal, auch im Notfall niemand am Telefon. Die Weiterleitung zum Kundenservice ist sinnlos, dort weiß niemand irgend etwas. Freundlich sind sie aber auch. Die Wartezeit beim Termin ist zu lang. Das nervt extrem, wenn man wochenlang ständig kommen muss. Also hier und da kann man definitiv am Service arbeiten. OP aber gut, man merkt wirklich nichts und ich hatte große Angst. Da ist wirklich ein Superteam am Start. Kann man empfehlen, aber etwas Geduld muss man mitbringen.

Habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl dort gefühlt, alle super lieb und einfühlsam. Es wird einem alles sehr genau erklärt und auch während des Eingriffes hat man immer wieder positiv auf mich eingeredet und es wurde gernerell sehr viel Ruhe ausgestrahlt! Der Eingriff hat sich zu 100% gelohnt, bei beiden Augen über 100% Sehkraft! Man kann sich jederzeit telefonisch, mit jeder Frage, melden und es wird einem freundlich geholfen. Wirklich eine tolles Laserzentrum, in dem man sich nur gut aufgehoben fühlt!

Although the eyes are open, I couldn't identify any "creepy" tools on the eye, and as such, didn't really see what was happening. Thanks to the anesthetic drops, you didn't feel anything at all.
Two hours and a short rest later I could see everything at least as well as with my glasses. No pain, no sensitivity to light, no burning itching or anything like that, as if nothing had ever happened. That same evening I was already sitting in the restaurant and I was fascinated by reading all the signs around me from afar, even if I wasn't interested in the text - I was thrilled.

The next day the first check, everything super 160% vision - WOW!
I can recommend it to everyone. Wear your sunglasses to protect yourself (even if you are not sensitive to light), use the drops as prescribed and you will be able to continue living the same day as before without any problems... well not quite: in this case finally without glasses or lenses.

Durch Familienangehörige die bereits hier waren bin ich auf Empfehlung zu CareVision gegangen und kann die guten Erfahrungen nur bestätigen.

Die Voruntersuchungen waren alle ganz einfach erledigt und ich hatte weder Bedenken noch Angst, also gar nicht lange überlegt und direkt den Termin vereinbart.
Preislich: sehr, sehr fair auch im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern!

Der Eingriff an sich war halb so schlimm und ging schneller als schnell vorbei. Davor, währenddessen und danach ging es mir bestens, was vermutlich auch an meiner Vorfreude auf das Danach lag und ich mich dort zu jederzeit bestens aufgehoben gefühlt habe. Die Atmosphäre während der op wurde sehr angenehm gestaltet, so dass auch kein Platz für Panik war. Mit beruhigender Stimme wurde immer genau gesagt was gerade passiert, ich habe davon nicht viel gesehen außer einen grünen Punkt. Obwohl die Augen offen sind dabei, konnte ich keine „gruseligen“ Werkzeuge am Auge identifizieren und in dem Sinne auch nicht wirklich sehen was da passiert. Gespürt hat man dank Betäubungstropfen auch absolut gar nichts.
Zwei Stunden und einen kurzen Erholungsschlaf später konnte ich schon alles mindestens genauso gut wie mit meiner Brille sehen. Keine Schmerzen, keine Lichtempfindlichkeit, kein brennen Juckreiz oder Ähnliches, als wäre nie etwas gewesen. Am selben Abend saß ich schon im Restaurant und habe ganz fasziniert alle Schilder um mich herum aus der Ferne gelesen, auch wenn mich der Text darauf weniger interessiert hatte - ich war begeistert.

Am nächsten Tag die erste Kontrolle, alles super 160% Sehvermögen - WOW!
Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen. Tragt brav die Sonnenbrille zum schonen (auch wenn ihr nicht lichtempfindlich seid), nutzt die Tropfen wie vorgeschrieben und man wird problemlos bereits am selben Tag wie vorher weiterleben können…naja nicht ganz: in dem Fall endlich ohne Brille oder Linsen.
