Man wird gut umsorgt und das essen war auch gut.
Einzige Mankos waren das ziemlich kleine Bett und, das aus dem Bad durchgehend wasserplätschern kommt, als würde jemand duschen...
das hat mich beim einschlafen gestört, aber ist auch zu ertragen.

Ich war am 21.12. für 1 Nacht dort . Die Klinik liegt wirklich sehr zentral . Die Damen am Empfang waren sehr freundlich. Ich war pünktlich dort , mir wurde mein Zimmer zugewiesen und ich wurde relativ zeitnah zum OP gebracht. Die Schwester dort war eher „kalt“ und nicht sonderlich emphatisch!
Dann kam die relativ neue Anästhesistin- sehr nett! Hat mich gut aufgeklärt und nochmal abgehört, da ich kurz vor der OP Covid hatte.
Die OP Schwester nach der OP war sehr liebenswert, hat mich nicht aus den Augen gelassen und immer nach meinen Schmerzen gefragt. Ich kam sehr spät auf mein Zimmer da ich Kreislaufprobleme hatte.
Zum Essen kann ich nicht viel sagen , mit war ein einfach nur schlecht von der Narkose!
Das Zimmer ist sauber gewesen, wir waren zu zweit!
Definitiv erwähnenswert ist die Nachtschwester Ayla!!!!
Aufmerksam, liebenswert…immer nach meinen Schmerzen gefragt und meiner Zimmernachbarin um 22 Uhr noch was zu Essen gebracht. Ich war sehr emotional und Ayla hat versucht mich zu beruhigen.
Das einzige was ich wirklich nicht gut fand war das Bett, ich bin nicht groß 1,64cm und ich fand es viel zu kurz …!
Am nächsten Tag wurde ich gegen 9:30 aus der Klinik entlassen!

Im November hatte ich eine Laserbehandlung für die dauerhafte Haarentfernung in der Berger Klinik Beauty und wurde von der Mitarbeiterin verbrannt. Zuvor hatte ich ein Beratungsgespräch für 35€, indem ich NICHT darüber aufgeklärt worden bin, dass ich verbrannt werden könnte. Es hat eine Woche lang gebrannt beim laufen (Ich finde das grenzt schon an Körperverletzung). Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett, aber die Kompetenz ist mir persönlich schon wichtiger. Mir wurde eine weitere kostenlose Behandlung angeboten, ich habe mich natürlich nicht mehr getraut weil meine Haut gerade erst verheilt war und ich Angst hatte wieder verbrannt zu werden. Nach fast sechs Monaten kann ich übrigens sagen, dass meine Haare sogar dunkler geworden sind als vor der ersten Behandlung. Ich weiß dass mehrere Behandlungen notwendig sind um ein zufriedenstellendes Ergebnis zu erzielen, jedoch wurde mir auch versichert dass die Haare pro Behandlung weniger werden. Dies war bei mir nicht der Fall, deshalb muss ich mir leider eine andere Klinik aussuchen…

Ich habe mich in der berger klinik super aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Schwestern sind alle super nett. Leider ist aktuell durch C kein Besuch gestattet. Man bekommt zur Essensauswahl eine Menükarte zum ankreuzen. Zu Mittag gibt es ein richtiges Gericht nach Wahl. Alles ist sehr sauber und hell. Trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Handtücher u0026 Shampoo werden gestellt. Ich bin super zufrieden mich für diese Klinik entschieden zu haben und den Chirurgen welcher dort operiert.
