It's a classic fast fashion store with a larger selection in affordable clothing. Some of the sizing depends heavily on the style you choose. There's a mix of elegant, street style and party fashion. The accessories are very nice but compared to other stores and the quality offered, a few euros overpriced (you're mainly paying for the design). The cashiers work really fast though and you won't wait long in line.

The place or line on it's own is amazing and cheap. Service could be a bit better, but by no fault of the workers. Card machines didn't work, and it wasn't really properly advertised for intl customers. Only one cashier at the bottom floor was functioning. It's really a hassle to try your clothes at the top floors and then come down to cash out. Takes out comfort and spontaneity. Other than that, the stars say the rest

Very small sizes. I know that I do not fit into S or M at times, but the XL felt like a small, and I couldn't find anything bigger than that. Would not recommend unless you fit into catwalk-model-like sizes. The changing rooms were dirty and smelled too.

I went on a Friday evening an hour before they closed, I was able to try on the clothes and check out fast. The lines were both long but they moved fast.

Customer service is literally awful. I have ordered pants that went missing for 3 weeks and they are still not offering any further help. My friend ordered the same thing to the store this time to ensure security but the store said it does not have it and it takes ages for them to help you. Terrible management!

Great place with excellent prices. Could use a bit tidying up though but I only blame Bershka, not the employees, for that. Bershka should hire more people.

It's chaotic and looks more like a place where you would donate your cloth but if you're looking for some special pieces that you're not likely to find somewhere else it's worth grayling through the mess and you might exactly what you're looking for.
