Due to current Covid situation I had to make an appointment online for a specific timeslot.
Made the appointment, confirmed it, came to the store - closed, empty, lights on but nobody's home.
Tried to call the store (perhaps people are at the back?) - no answer.
And now I am not sure if the store is opened or not.
If it is - where is the staff, if it's closed - why can I book an appointment?
Wasted time going there.

Very good collection of jewellery. Have a good range of products for all age groups. Affordable prices for all the items. Purchased products for both, my wife and daughter the same time without too much dent on my pocket.

I’ve been in many pandora stores all over the world but this one has the worst service I’ve ever seen. First visit was when I wanted to clean my pandora charm, it was during Christmas eve so the girl just said that they don’t so it, no after Christmas, well fair enough. Second time, I came to buy some charms, no body assisted me even though there were two girls in the store, they all assisted another customer (she is a white lady while I’m Asian?), well the service was not so good but I still got my charms. Third time I came back, wanted to adjust my bracelet which I bough in Asia few years back, the girl just look at me and ask: “Do you have bill?” I said “No because I bough it few years ago” , she said “No we don’t do it”... It made me feel really regret buying some charms there before. Will never visit this store again. Recomendation: If you want to buy something from Pandora, purchase them online but never from this store, you would waste your time visiting this store.

Great service, both in English and in German. Friendly and helpful staff. I bought a bracelet for my girlfriend and she loved it! Loved the packaging and the service she got at the store

It’s also unacceptable that they don’t want to offer repair service -10
