I went to buy an eyeshadow palette. They had 3 pieces and all were already open with multiple broken shadows. I couldnt even swatch the colours let alone buy a new palette as they didn't have any in stock. They also dont stock many other make up items like eyeshadow primer. Whats the point of having a make up section if its of no use?

The most unfriendly DM staff I've experienced. I asked one of them for more info if I could find one product I needed. She replied "What?" then told me (with unsatisfied voice) to ask the cashier and yeah, the cashier was exactly the same - unfriendly.

This is the worst store I went to in Frankfurt. The clerk was almost insulting Asian foreigner and even told a lie. She herself had different ethnicity and I don’t understand how horrible a person can be to others .
I am not Chinese but I believe she thought me as a Chinese and even talked to other customers bad words on me. This experience ruined my experience in Frankfurt.
You do not buy large bulk here since they will ignore you and mock you.
