average size variety of collections, but the staff follow you around super closely when you browse. It made me feel like a criminal and super uncomfortable so I left and bought a set from their stand in Karstadt.
I love Swarovski but not this shop.

Beautiful place for best selection of your love once, variety of Jewelry, amazing store, excellent customer service, Sales representatives are very professional highly knowledgable, friendly and the know what you desire, althought they have limited variety of range, Hard to get parking, but easy access to public transport busses and trains, no public wshroom inside the store but centrelized in the mall, handicap access, over all good place for tourist and Love Birds

It is good to have Swarovski in Galeria Kaufhof but the variety of items is much less than the almost next door Swarovski shop.
