Kaufte eine Jacke während meines Urlaubes in Erfurt, wohne aber in Stuttgart! Super Beratung im Store vom Verkäufer! Alles perfekt! Aber man tätigt die Aussage das man bei Reklamationen jederzeit in jeden Store könnte, deutschlandweit. Da wird man allerdings leider abgewiesen. Aber trotzdem Daumen hoch, der Store in Erfurt kümmerte sich vorbildlich um die Angelegenheit nach meinem Anruf dort ! LG Tobi
