Well, They do have a very nice collection of brands. However varying attitudes of the staff is a bit surprising. Some of the staffs in the Ladies section were very helpful and friendly! Gave some good advice. (Therefore one star). However in the Men’s section, we were treated as if we do not belong here. we wanted to buy a Mantel and when asked the Staff about the trial rooms, who straight away told us we can try where we were standing, where the mantels were displayed. There was no space to keep our bags or our jackets. We kept our jackets and bags on the floor and my friend tried the Mantel. It was so strange how other customers were treated with respect and were helped and we weren’t even shown where the trial room is or given some advice. We anyway bought the Mantel because we liked it. But attitude of some staff need to be improved. Wasnt sure if the staff thought we wouldn’t buy it or because we are foreigners. We still did not understand the reason why he was reluctant to show us the trial room or help with the suggestions. never again will buy something here.
