Really bad place to get motivated to visit Erfurt and the things around. If you are not German, they don’t have options in other languages to get to know the city. They offer us a map with English information by paying 2,50€. The girl that was attending us, she just needs to explain us a bit what to visit in the normal map what it’s for free, the rest you could obviously find in Google… also we were saying we are here for two weeks, so we expect some information to make day trips from here, but what we get it’s “Two weeks it’s too much time in Erfurt”. It’s a shame to get so poor information from a Tourist Information Point, we were feeling we are loosing our time going there, obviously we got more ideas checking by internet from our hotel.

We were attended by a man (in his 20's). Zero help. No suggestions. Make us feel we were bothering him...

I really liked how the people were so friendly and they have good items to buy as a souvenir. I bought Luther tiny cups which I couldn't find anywhere else in the city of Erfurt!

(Translated by Google) Beautiful old town, nice people just a must when traveling through Thuringia. But please don't lose anything! The ladies in the municipal lost and found office absolutely need thorough training in dealing with other people, friendliness, expertise and, and, and. The lost and found list that is published monthly is probably a mockery. I think there are certainly capable people among the employees of the city of Erfurt who can change that

(Translated by Google) Erfurt is a beautiful city. There are many very pretty little shops that offer handicrafts or tasteful things. The gastronomic offer is outstanding, we only met nice people. The small streets with cobblestones, the Krämerbrücke with the fish market or the numerous old buildings and the many churches are a splendour. Erfurt is easy to explore both by tram and by bike. A highlight of the city is the Egapark, which you should definitely stroll through. Will definitely go there again.

Werde bestimmt wieder dort hin fahren.
