The Rinderrouladen (German Special Beef Roll with dumplings from the region and with red cabbage) and asparagus was very good. Didn’t drink the local beer but local red wine which was suboptimal (but they are not known to have good wine…).

Excellent german food and drink. Lovely friendly Italian waitress..wild boar, deer and beef.

Not much vegan options.
The foods are good but don’t be misled by google map saying their specialty is vegan menu!

I took the Thüringer Winterroulade and "OMG" it was amazing, especially the Apfelrotkohl. The service was excellent and the price was more then reasonable. If you visit Erfurt i strongly recommand to go eat there.

Very friendly personal, nice backyard to sit outside and good menu with traditional dishes from Thuringa.

Rinderrouladen (German Special Beef Roll with dumplings from the region and with red cabbage) was excellent. Don't get the local beer but get Koestritzer dark beer.
