Been waiting for 7 hours in the emergency. I guess emergency has a new meaning here. After repeated reminders they finally did a X-ray and sonography.
They said they simply forgot that they had to do my X-ray. Wondering what next will be forgotten.
As per them, they made a mistake and also that they were overwhelmed today with cases coming in. It’s an emergency, cases are supposed to come.
Try somewhere else and keep this as last resort.

I visited with acute pain in my stomatch in the middle of the night. instead of giving me anything which subsides my pain they said unless you are dying we can not do anything. for me that pain was killing me, they kept me 3 hours after doing some random blood test and forsake ultrasound they said that is nothing like of life risk you can go, even when i said i am still having the pain. In addition the emergency facility was not busy at all. As an insurance holder and tax payer, what we should expect with uniklinikum i am not sure. i am really shocked with the doctors behaviour today.

Doctors and nurses are nice and take their time to answer questions. The receptionists are rather rude.
The worst part is definitely the missing wifi! We are in 2021 in one of the largest clinics in the region. My elderly mother only uses WhatsApp to communicate, but now she has no way to do so. Even rural hospitals offer wifi for everyone. Money is no issue of course. I was told the wifi is exclusively for private patients. Speak of segregation practice.

The worst place to give birth in. The nurses are so rude and I had an awful experience and I was in pain and my blood pressure was so low, I asked one of the nurses to help me with the direction of the nursery place and she still had the audacity to tell me “you have two legs you can go and walk yourself” completely unprofessional and this nurse in particular had red dye hair and is very slim.

Even with swollen ankle which had totally turned blue, the emergency made me sit for 3 hours with no request to check up considered. I am not sure if here the medical staffs do not take the hypocritic oath. Besides on further request and insist all I got is bad behaviour. Such attitude is really not expected from medical staffs in a developed country where we pay 850 euros per month on insurance.

Just a note I am in the hospital and I am still waiting

Since I'm an expat I never expected such a positive response and excellent services from the hospital staff. They treated me with most respect and care. Explained all points before the treatment and Doctors are showing a very good behaviour at patients and listening concerns. Thank you for all your help and support ( Urology Department )
