The delivery took a long time and when it came, the delivery guy wasn’t wearing a mask and also was carrying my drink inside his pocket. Also the desert came very strange, like it was half eaten. The bolognese pasta wasn’t good and the salad was weird.

Good pizza considering how cheap it is. Perfect for the budget dinner, especially if you're a hungry traveler. I had the Hawaiian and the salami, both were cheap and tasty.

Staff are not outwardly offensive, but they aren't exactly excited to see you either. Indifferent, perhaps? Whatever, I didn't go there to make friends anyway. Seating area is depressing, so get it 'mitnamen' (take away).

The most terribile experience and the worst customer service ever.
After 2 hours I didn’t receive any delivery. They were not even answering at the phone. After 2 hours They said that they delivered instead was not true.
I discovered that they couldn’t bring me the pizza because they can not arrive with the car where I live. And they can not call me to tell me that because I have an Italian number.
Unlikely for you we are in the European Union and the call doesn’t cost you anything.
You don’t deserve any customers but just to to close immediately. Terrible, arrogant person and crook.

Horrible experience.

They forgot to put in my pizza two of the toppings (3 euros stolen), they didn¨t bring the coke (2,60 euros stolen) and the pizza was cold as ice, so it finished in the trash as it wasn¨t edible anymore.

Keep away from them, there are so many pizzerias in Düsseldorf, that you can go with any other pizzeria and don´t risk getting the same experience I got with this one.

Excellent pizza.. seems like a bit under rated. Only problem is that it's very small restaurant . There are other dishes like pasta. I only had the pizza a few night. Excellent pizza

Simply awful. I made an order for delivery, it took them almost two hours to bring the food and what they brought was something I hadn't ordered. I took it anyway because I was starving and it was disgusting. Would definitely not recommend it.

Ordered from Carpe Diem via Foodora. However, Carpe Diem was responsible for the delivery of the order, and took over 90 minutes and counting to deliver a pizza.

I am still waiting for the delivery.
