One of the worst hotel experiences I have had so far. From reception to night security staff to terrace bar workers all of them are socially incompetent. Day time valets are the best but doesn’t make it better as all the others can’t handle normal guests. I still can’t believe that this is a 5 star hotel. The room is clean and nice but the hallways look like they are from the 80‘s

The way they treat people differently is just horrible especially at the Terrace. Even tho we are hotel guests the female worker was treating us so unfriendly which made me feel extremely uncomfortable, bad social and communication skills. When you arrive at the hotel with your car you need to wait a lot for the valet and sometimes they don’t even approach or help, I had to park the car myself multiple times. The hotel is good but just these small experiences make a stay so much worse and it only happened to us as all the other people around were treated differently and way better/ more respectfully.

Worst bar tender ever !

Sat down, no greetings ! No acknowledgment! Nothing. Cold cold miserable face ! Asked for mock-tails menu and told Not existent! Then ask what would you recommend, was told he would mixed few juices, not even give an idea what !

Ridiculous !

Taste okay but with this kind of service. I certainly would let all my clienteles of alternative of others bars !

As frequently world traveller and a fan of cocktails and mock tails fan. I have tasted much better than this simple juices mixed ! No napkins, no drink mats ! What kind of 5 stars hotel’s bar is this ?

Definitely won’t be back with this sort of service and products and over priced !

Consumers have the right to be fully informed and have other choices. I certainly won’t be staying in this hotel with staffs attitudes as these !

Only get’s a second star for the convenient location and Acqua di Parma beauty products.

Rooms are clean but average and a rattling fan (even when it was shut off) kept me awake the first night. To their defence, they fixed it the second night.

Came back exhausted and asked at around 10 pm if somebody could make me a salad or something light to eat to take to the room. Options were tomato soup, potato soup, two different paninis (with fries) and two pasta dishes. A request for some plain yoghurt and fruit to be charged as pasta was denied.

Went for the “caprese” option with tomato and mozzarella, which I thought would be fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. Received something Jamie Oliver or Gordon Ramsey would try to banish from school lunches and restaurants, respectively. Ate €23 of sadness out of sheer desperation and hunger. [shouldn’t have expected a lot after a lukewarm iced coffee for €13]

Thank you for reading my comments and your earnest reply. Nonetheless, the fact remains that we were in fact not treated equally, and perhaps race was a factor. Again, the hotel and many aspects of our stay were were extremely nice.
