Modern and comfortable rooms, decent service. Nice views of the city/river. Parking in the hotel is not easy but there are various options near by.

Lovely stay in June 2022. The manager Mr Denden and his assistant were very helpful. I forgot her name. She was very good also. Mr Denden transferred my stay from another Melia in Dusseldorf to this one since this was close to my office. He was very courteous and provided excellent customer service. Thank you Mr Denden. The rooms were very good also. Breakfast was a good spread and had many options. Overall excellent Hotel!

Staff were very professional and friendly at all times. Breakfast had a good variety and was good value for money. The View Bar is spectacular at night with the best views so adequately named and having your breakfast in the morning with these views had the most motivating effect for the start of my day.

The 3 star eating doesn't express a bad hotel in this case, but a really bad planning and organizing inside the hotel. Everytime I was there either me or my colleagues have had a problem. Either the booking was not confirmed, the breakfast was not booked, the parking is not reserved, and so on. When talking about driving there with a car, i would say don't do it. They don't have a parking place that is reliable.
Other than that, the hotel is really clean and the rooftop bar is cool.

Very disappointed ???? by the staff and the breakfast ????
Bad quality of food except the coffee ☕️ but for the rest really bad for the price of rooms...on my black list ????

Modern hotel located in Düsseldorf renovated industrial harbour area.
Friendly and professional staff. (Superior) room has a sleak modern design with panoramic view. Functional and comfortable bathroom. My bed was a bit uncomfortable (unstable on its feet, too soft pillow) although matress was ok.
I missed the rooftop bar which, given the height and view, should be quite an experience at sunset and night time.

Great Hotel!
Overall I had an awesome experience.
It started with the reception, the two men working were very knowledgeable and gave me a great first impression.
The rooms are very clean and the open bathroom concept worked really well. The bar provides an incredible view onto the harbour. As someone who travels a lot I will definitely choose to stay here again.
