One of the better Hyatt Regency Ive stayed at. Got a suite upgrade with my Globalist status. The suite was spacious and with a fantastic view. I was tired after a longer drive from France so ordered room service. Food was delivered in 25 min and the Club Sandwich tasted really good. The Club was on the ground floor behind the restaurant which was a temporary solution as I understand it (normally its located on the 18th floor). My car was conveniently parked in the garage under the hotel. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed at the hyatt a number of times . Well managed , my large suite was fantastic also to get some work done. Excellent breakfast . A pool is missing but the jacuzzi and sauna made up for it. A popular photo place for those that want to be seen - loved the terrace on sundown .

Great hotel and location. You can still walk to the centre (30 mins). The staff is excellent. Thy at the front desk was very helpful and professional. The breakfast was also superb. The manager, Sandeep, is great too. Overall a great experience. I recommend the rooms with the view on the city.

This hotel is a very nice place to stay when you are in Düsseldorf and is a pleasant 20 walk along the river to the lively area of the city where pubs and restaurants attract many people. It is a bit pricey but it is worth it with clean and comfortable rooms and service which is second to none.

After the waiting experience in DUS airport, I thought couldn’t get much worse. Apart from the bar in the Hyatt. We went on a Friday at 19:30, a time which you would assume is pretty good for business for a bar. Neither the bar nor the waiting area was staffed, so we went to search for a member of staff to get our seat. Same process for the ordering. I would have imagined a place that charged 14 euro for glass of regular white wine would be better equipped to serve its customers. I give a bonus star for the nice view and vibe of the area.

comfortable clean rooms - worked well for business trip with nice location next to river. poorly decorated if people care - had to cover some ugly portrait with a towel
