Mixed emotions really - on the one hand staff is very friendly, location is good, not too far from the city centre, great view of the harbour and famous Rhein tower. However, on the other hand hotel is rather old and in my opinion rooms require at least some kind of renovation as they are small and you see disadvantages pretty close. No free slippers in the room, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, only one piece of soap, if you want to drink something from the minibar - please go downstairs, I mean not a tragedy but small things here and there make a kind of impression. Last but not least too pricey for that kind of accommodation - more than €200 for one night and breakfast for extra €20 which is in my opinion really modest and not too much to choose from, well… that’s just a personal experience so please feel free to try by yourself.

I travel to Duesseldorf regularly and this is really my home away from home. The staff is so friendly and considerate of the fact that the guests are away from home and they truly work to make you feel comfortable and to meet any of your needs. From helping order dinner in the middle of the night after late travels, helping find local shopping or services if you have an extended stay, they really support the traveler.

Our suite had a wonderful view and comfortable bed. The restaurant "Julian's" was absolutely fantastic and we will be returning for sure!

Very good location perfect breakfast with great people at the restaurant ready to help you
I am very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Seems that the employees responsible for cleaning they really don’t care. Room was below minimum standards for a Bonvoy hotel. People at reception are very nice but they need to be more involved in making sure that the cleanliness of the room is according to specifications

I've visited this hotel multiple times over several years and every time it was clean, comfortable, cosy, and welcoming. Good job!

Hotel is nice and everything was quite clean. Location is good and 15-20 minutes far away from the city center. I’m putting 1 star because of the receptionist. I got the chance to be welcomed by someone who didn’t like his work at all and treat people really bad. Why to work in a hotel when you don’t want to deal with people?
