Stayed in the hotel for 1 day. Steam room not working and was not updated on website or informed to customers with bookings. Rest area is in different floor from sauna and steam room. Very small spa with jacuzzi.

Aufgrund meines enttäuschenden ersten Besuchs habe ich mich beschwert.
Damit ist die Spa Leitung sehr Kundenfreundlich und mit viel Mühe umgegangen. Das „Wieder-gut-mach“ Angebot habe ich gerne angenommen ind kann nur sagen, dass es nun so abgelaufen ist wie es sollte. Die Therapeutin war super lieb und gründlich bei der Massage.
