We bought yesterday ticket on fitfox to visit holmes place. When we came today in the morning Administrator said the gym has been closed due to some water issues. We were surprised why the system allowed to buy tickets, since the gym was closed. Tickets valid only for one day, so we asked what can we do? Administartor send us to other Holmes Plase, which was 4 km away. We got there (Oberlöricker Str. 3, 40547 Düsseldorf) administrator said they don't have swimming pool and they dont even have towels!! how this is possible in such popular and high class gym not to have towels??
We left that gym as well because we didnt take towels with us and because the plan was to go swimming and have sauna.
So we wasted money , we wasted our time. And Administrators in both gym were not helpful at all, what should we do with our tickets if they are valid only for one day during specific time? Why there was not information about gym not working on Königsallee 59? Why the tickets were sold to us? we are very disappointed.
