I am from the US and familiar with Anthropologie. I have ordered from the UK website and never had issues. Ever since Anthro opened in Germany, I am assuming they fulfill orders from within Germany and the process is a total disaster. I ordered 2 things over a month ago - one arrived and the other did not. I have inquired 4 times now (!!!) since of course I have already paid for the item and I am always told it will be shipping as soon as possible, then nothing arrives. I am also told they can't issue me a refund. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I paid for an item which I never recieved, they somehow refuse to ship it to me (?) and now they wont refund me my money! I will contact the Verbraucherzentrale and issue a formal complaint. I also will never order from Anthro Online ever again! I can only recommend you DO NOT order online!

Looove this brand and lucky there is one in Düsseldorf. The living and kitchen departmenta are the absolute Bomb!Unfortunately I find clothing a bit too expensive, even if its good handmade quality. All in all, worth a visit every time I am in the city.
