Lots of good items that I was tempted by, but I only got a few as I was limited by by suitcase. I like the second hand section, seemed to be selected for good quality.
Was fairly busy for a weekday so I imagine it is rammed on the weekend.
Note that I also had no idea what Zalando was before going inside...

On a Saturday afternoon I came to this store. It was packed. Both fitting rooms and cashier counters had long lines. Some cloths were not sorted out in the right section. I found some good deals but not as much as I expected.

This place is huge with large collection of clothes and shoes etc. Unfortunately, the quality of the clothes wasn’t good. Few clothes had small stains as well. Visited this place on a Saturday morning, it was not crowded by 10.30am but within an hour it was very much crowded, there was even a queue for the billing counter which extended outside the store. With respect to COVID prevention measures, they had sanitizers in every floor. I will not visit this place again and I would not recommend it either.

It's a clothing store that sells high end products that couldn't be sold on there webshop.

So as expected, most things that they sell aren't the best looking clothing.

You will find some good products in between them, but I wouldn't come to the store with the expectation of finding the best looking clothes.

Outlet store for clothes and shoes. You can find really good offers and cheap things from really top brands, if it matches your size and is the last piece! Some might have small unnoticeable defects and thus have a giveaway price!

Factory outlet must u must very carefully and patient to get the item which really worth. sometimes u will get the item almost same with the original store. it's good only when zalando having their season sale.. because you can get double or even triple discount

Cheap quality items and not really cheap price. They don't have luxury brand ones as they claim. Some clothes even have make up stain from other people who try them on previously....... Gross! Staff is paranoid to many customers about stealing so they keep staring instead of offering help with the item selection. Nope we don't want to go back
