Very nice hotel downtown Düsseldorf. You can walk to all directions of the city. Parking garages are easy to find with very reasonable fees.
Staff is very friendly and hotel and rooms are nicely decorated. A home away from home. Suite L was quite spacious. Room was really clean! Breakfast had a lot of choices and good quality of food.

I had a really comfortable stay here! The staff was very kind and welcoming and the design of the hotel was nice (I appreciated the warm colors throughout). I didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast but it looked delicious.

Just a lovely little hotel that I stayed five nights in for a business trip. It was during a heatwave and their AC was great. Good breakfast and all the staff was lovely (Mo Penny in particular!). Have stayed in several hotels in the dusseldorf area but this was for sure the best one. Will return.

Great hotel! Rooms are a decent size, and design and furnishings feels very new and considered. Amazing shower. Breakfast was decent and kitchen area was nice, and the staff were all very sweet and friendly. Overall we had a great stay and I would highly recommend!

It's a very decent and trendy hotel, cool interior u0026 decoration, everything looks and feels new. The staff is nice, took good care of us and did everything they could to make the stay more pleasant. We had some issues with the airconditioning at the time, but the hotel manager was kind and facilitating towards us which made up for it. Good variety breakfast with cold u0026 hot dishes. I'll gladly come back!

Nice hotel at a convenient location. Helpful polite staff. Well maintained and clean. Rooms are of good size with decent view from upper floors. The only issue I had was that the room service was non-existent. Had to go down even to collect the dental kit in the morning and also the couple of times we ordered food from outside (they don't have a kitchen).

Overall would recommend but maybe they can hire atleast a few people to help guests with some of the things I mentioned instead of guests having to come down everytime.

Enjoyed a 4 night stay here over the Christmas period.

Hotel design is great and the rooms are comfortable with a well thought out layout. Everything you’d expect in a modern hotel can be found in the room.

Location is helpful, the old town is only a 15 minutes walk or you can use the metro. Transport from the airport is equally easy.

Breakfast at the hotel is nice and there are plenty of places to eat towards old town or the Japanese quarter.
