The room was really nicely furnished, clean and really cozy. The hotel was peaceful and the beds were so comfy, maybe even a bit too comfy, since me and my friend fell asleep on them instead of going for dinner. But I have to say, I had really good sleep in the comfy bed. The staff was very helpful and answered any questions there was. The breakfast was really tasty and had so many options to choose from. The coffee at the breakfast was amazing, and I really enjoyed having baked beans for breakfast! I really enjoyed the lobby of the hotel, as I had to do an online meeting and it was really peaceful environment to work at too. Also I enjoyed the opportunity to check in a bit earlier, as we came to drop our luggage to the hotel. That made things so much easier and we were able to refresh before going to the shops. Overall I had amazing and relaxing weekend because of the great choice of a hotel.

This brand new hotel is situated near the Dusseldorf train station. The location is fabulous as everything is right there at a stone's throw away. A super friendly and professional named Sonia checked us in. The place was clean and the lounge was welcoming. The coffee was refreshing and the place was well lit up. Also, the room was inviting and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, the staff was helpful, well-trained, and happy to help. I had a few virtual meetings and the room had a nice space to get those done. Also, nearby was a fabulous Indian restaurant. What a delight it was! I cannot wait to stay again with all of my family members and am so contented with this property!

I stayed here in July. I am returning next time I visit Dusseldorf, because it satisfied my needs - comfy bed, good shower, quiet room and good value. Also near transport. Staff are very good, and great idea to offer token for a drink instead of room service every day. 100% recommend. Thank you staff.

Excellent value for money. Rooms are very clean.
Breakfast can be added for an extra cost.

This is also incredibly close to the main station, only 3-5 minutes walk which is an absolute bonus for me.

Only thing I can say is - the area is not very safe to walk around in at night. In the day it's fine.

very good hotel. lived here for 7 days. great staff, helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and tea and coffee are updated every day. At the reception they heated food for the child. my family was very comfortable being here. Next time when I visit Dusseldorf I will stay only in this hotel. I advise everyone price and quality 100%????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Locked windows in the room. Also, if you need fresh air, you have asthma, you cannot stay in an air-conditioned room, this is not the hotel for you. Despite being asked three times, the manager refuses to open the window in the room. This is the first hotel where this has happened to me, in any other Premier Inn in Germany it has never had a problem with it. And in the last two months I have visited more than 20 hotels. I do not recommend and 1 star for the manager.

It is an economic and above average quality hotel. In particular though, there was a very slow service in the bar area in the weekends (even when there were simply noone sitting) so it made us question the overall service a bit. Other than that, the rooms are clean and one can simply get everyhthing they need.
