Terrible service. Worse then Primark. For the prices in that shop, the staff could actually help the client to put unwanted clothes away. Instead I got a lecture on how to clean up after yourself. Needless to say, left without purchasing anything.

Very bad service. I shopped online and they send it via DHL. Now they did not give proper delivery instructions to dhl or what I have no idea but the parcel went back to them. Now they again asked me to repurchase without refunding the money yet. DHL has never issues to find my home , for this particular parcel strangely they started having problems. Very fishy.

Everytime I shop here, I always have the feeling that the staff is not happy to work especially the people in the Kasse. They do not even smile and they talk to you in a rude manner. They do not speak English, so I talked to them auf Deutsch, but the manner was still the same. I will not recommend or shop here again.

Big department store with common luxury brands with a medium to high price range. Store could do with a refresh, it's a bit messy and some brands feel outdated

Very terrible experience delivery time 2-4 working days .But up till now I haven't received it.i will never order from you again...stop sending USLESS emails.

Let's start with the good things. Huge fashion store in the center of Duesseldorf. Four of the the five floors are dedicated to women's fashion. You don't have to wait long at the cashier's desk as there are enough in the whole building and you can leave 5 minutes after you are decided on your shopping.
PuC as they call it, used to have a great selection, especially in the premium sector. Nowadays it seems they have scaled that down quite a lot and brands like Armani, Burberry, Zegna, etc are not available any more. In general a good store and place to shop, but if you are looking for exclusive/premium brands you are better off at other places.

Very nice things
