I joined this club few months ago because it was the closest to work and as a result it could save me valuable time. It is definitely not the most modern fitness club in the city but I’ll still give it 5 stars because the team is simply AMAZING !!! It seems that after corona most “premium” fitness studios decided to cut corners by scarifying first their qualified staff and replacing it by people who are sadly not as qualified. This is not the case here though, fit @ Cosmo has a very much qualified and competent staff, always ready to help and always friendly and that makes a big difference for me, after all, what you need to train is discipline and couple of machines/weights, here you have plenty of those and they even have a physiotherapist on board. The members are also friendly and the atmosphere is very “familiar”. Lockers are big enough for every need and this is great since I come from work usually and I bring a lot of stuff with me. There is also a social area which is very spacious and comfortable. If you are in Gerresheim and you are looking for a fitness club with competent and very friendly staff, good amount of machines and weights, search no more, this is it !

I really recommend this gym because there are a lot exercise classes you can join, gadgets you can use and the personal is very friendly. There is also an area in the gym to make yourself a coffee and to take a break for a while.

Ein gutes Fitnessstudio. Das Personal ist freundlich, das Klientel recht angenehm. Auch zur Prime-Time hat man die Möglichkeit an Geräte zu gelangen ohne Schlange zu stehen.

Eine Sauna ist vorhanden, genauso eine Biosauna. Jedoch gibt es im Saunabereich nur KALTWASSERduschen, welche man nichteinmal aufhängen kann, sodass man sich unter Wasser einseifen kann.
