Purchased earrings for my Wife on a weekend visit. On returning home discovered a stone missing from one of the ear rings. Despite 3 emails sent over about 7 days no acknowledgement or reply received. Very disappointed with service provided.

extremely friendly service. highly recommend piercing your ears at Christ as they properly hand pierce them instead of shooting which damages the ears. overall very good!!

Especially the store manager Valerie,, she the most helpful and professional personal I've seen in a good while.
