I really can't confirm the various negative reviews here. The personnel was genuinely friendly and attentive, the atmosphere surprisingly cozy for the food court like location. The Döner itself was very good quality - nice bread, good meat, fresh salad, tasty sauce. Yes, it's a little pricier than your average street kebab, but by no means outrageously so. In my opinion it's a fair price to pay for an upscale Döner served in a restaurant environment.

The food was tolerable, but the service was not: slow, unfriendly, incompetent.

The service is terrible. I ordered Doner with meat and asked to leave out all kind of cabbage. It arrived with chicken instead. The waitress took it back and brought the new one with meat, but with cabbage inside. The waitress has not been friendly, she was only looking into her mobile order system while we were talking to her. Unpleasant experience. The food is fine.

Food is ok. Just not premium.
Waitress very friendly and able
People at the till are okay. Elderly man should be nicer to colleagues (takes pride in being angry)
Not happy about salad dish which I asked without any dressings/yoghurt - they gave me with all dressings forgot about that so it went back (which is okay for me) - to never return again!!!! That’s mistake after mistake.
So basically I ended up without any salad which is 30% of the meal.
Rest of the food was more than enough so I didn’t bother anymore

Horrible food and the attitude of the manager even more horrible! Avoid like the plague fellow travelers.

We were 2 families with young children. We placed 2 separate orders for food. One order was delivered and the 2nd was not. When we tried to explain this to the waitress she called the manager, a thin weedy looking man, who is usually operating the till. We showed him our receipts and told him that 2 kebabs and 1 coke had not been delivered. He seemed to get angry and spoke to the waitress in German. I think he seemed to be indicating that our food had been delivered! It was apparent that there were 2 kebabs and a coke missing from our table (unless he was indicating that somehow we had managed to eat the food within 10 mins and then contrived the disappearance of 2 empty plates and a Coke can!!! Anyway he relented but not before throwing the receipts that we had shown him in our direction - literally throwing them at us!

I approached him and told him it was not right for him to be throwing receipts at his guests or to question whether their food had been delivered! His reaction was to indicate in German for me to ‘get lost’ and to only speak to him in German not English.

The poor waitress was horrified by this behaviour and she told us that he was a horrible person and he usually did this, especially to his own staff.

I am still seething - and to have this play out in front of 3 young children is unacceptable.

And last but not least, did I mention that the food is terrible. The hummus was lumpy and felt like it had zero tahini or oil in it.

JUST DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR GUYS BY AVOIDING AND EVEN IF YOU DO SOMEHOW GET LULLED INTO IT FANCY DECOR AND GO THERE PLEASE DON’T TAKE ANY BS FROM THAT EMPTY SHELL OF A MAN!

This place has been overrated I'm not sure why. The table we sat at was not clean and under our table was meat from earlier customers's dish. Very ordinary döner for expensive price. The food was really not any different than any döner shop in town.
