Personal on the entrance are nice and friendly - the sales-consultants are so-so.

Was visiting Cartier in two countries, and every time the same low-level service. Only once had a polite, interested to assist sales-consultant, others are mostly indifferent and not very helpful.

Strange contrast between nice-shops design, nice Jewerly and a cheap-local-shop service level.

Call-center has no information about the status of send orders.

Terrible shopping experience.
Waited in the store for half an hour (at the first they said it will be couple of mins) and all they could tell when you asked them was “i don’t know how long time you need to wait, when the salesperson is ready, i will let you know.”
They don’t really care about the customers.

I purchased a Cartier Love Bracelet on June 15, 2022. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was offered a drink and had a wonderful glass of champagne. I was helped by Agnesa Gashi who was so professional and courteous. After a bad experience in Munich it was refreshing to have stellar customer service and Agnesa went above and beyond. Thank You.

Came here knowing what exactly we want to buy - just needed to check size and pay (5 minutes maximum for all these actions). Stayed in the queue for 20 minutes - and might stay for a longer time, service is really slow. And it looks like constant problem - Cartier cannot afford few more managers to solve queue issue? After such experience, I will not buy anything from Cartier by principle.

Long waiting times. Not even certain how long. Already waiting a 50 minutes. Service is not good and should put customer first and let people in advance know the waiting time and give a advice on what time to come in general.

One of the best shopping experience. Staffs are very kind. Despite Covid regulations, the staffs managed to please the customer very well. Umbrella was given out to the customer who had to wait outside (it was raining). Coffee voucher was offered as a compensation for the waiting time. Unlike many other high end retailers, customers are usually left out and unattended. Thank you!!

Honestly. Sigh. If this was some random boutique, selling cheap jewellery I would not expect more - but this is Cartier and they’re totally messing up the experience. Wanted to buy a “creation”, which was not available - it would be sent by post and they would call us. One week later, neither call nor creation ever came. Reaching out to them is impossible and the Cartier service is of no help either. Only solution: Drive back to Düsseldorf. Such a disappointing and bad experience.
