Personal on the entrance are nice and friendly - the sales-consultants are so-so.
Was visiting Cartier in two countries, and every time the same low-level service. Only once had a polite, interested to assist sales-consultant, others are mostly indifferent and not very helpful.
Strange contrast between nice-shops design, nice Jewerly and a cheap-local-shop service level.
Call-center has no information about the status of send orders.
