Authentic American style serving: ice in water, and huge portions ????. I recommend the Fajitas mix (can be easily shared for two)

The burger was great: patty half-an-inch thick and pink on the inside; no sauce dripping; and the buns were crispy and holding shape till the very end!

Top the burger off with a milkshake, and your day will be brighter!

On a hot day, having a layover at the nearby bus station — this place is a good and quiet choice to spend those layover hours!

Would drop by again if in the area.

Massive American Diner style place with a menu full of burgers. I had the Italian Burger with fried mozzarella sticks and marinara sauce. It was actually quite nicely done and all washed down with a Lynchburg Lemonade was a great ending to a long day like this. That aside the young service lady was on spot, had it all under control and managed everything fantastically including a straight Düsseldorf charm. Thanks.

I recently returned to Buttershaker after a long absence driven mostly by the covid. However, it remains a good place to go for excellent food and cocktails. The staff are friendly and quick with a recommendation for food or drinks. It is worth a visit.
