Got stranded in Dusseldorf because of the terrible train service. It was not a great day but this Hotel gave me a lovely overnight stay and I would like to thank Mr. J, the manager, for a super warm welcome and making everything a bit better. Super friendly service and lovely rooms. Would recommend it to anyone travelling through Dusseldorf!

Room changed without fuss when explained why we needed a sleeping couch in the room. Baby bed setup for us. Room super clean. Comfortable bed. Airco was a really surprise. Good breakfast with japanese breakfast options. Super friendly service at reception.

Hotel is clean but dated, bed was too soft in our opinion. Location is very good, walking distance to the station and little Tokyo. Breakfast was €25!!! And super disappointing… they only had rice (overcooked and hard), miso soup, Sausages, eggs, nuggets, bacon, salad, bread.. very basic stuff! Not worth it…

The hotel room is quite big, but there was some misinformation in the booking, which said there would be a bathtub and actually there is no. We complained and the reception is super rude, they said it was not their fault and we have five minutes to decide if we want to leave immediately or not, and no apology at all. My husband gave a bad review in booking and the hotel send messages to him to delete the review, they said otherwise they will sue him! We were literally wordless!

My rate is quite low since I judge this hotel as it advertise itself, as 4 star place. If it would be 3 star, it would get much higher rating.
There is gym (on few meter square space) somewhere in basement. Almost not possible to train there anything, it is ok only for trade mill. SPA I did not use but again, did not look impresive. All of this added with strugle just to be 4 star hotel.
Rooms clean but quite old. Reception small and quite specific.
Quite expensive for what it offers.

This is an amazing hotel. Staffs are friendly and responsive, service straight from the heart. Prefect location, close to main station and supermarket. Little Tokyo is just a block away, surrounded by many Asian restaurants and grocery stores. Shopping street and malls are within walking distance. highly recommend this accommodation.

Try to get a room on the 12th floor. Great view across the whole city and beyond from there!!
