Very well situated in town. Super friendly and helpful reception staff. Large comfortable rooms.

Unfortunately no ventilation means you need to keep your window open all the time, and it’s a busy street outside so don’t expect much sleep during the hot months.

Clean room with good facilities , pleasant and friendly staff, good food, no bar open during my stay but limited drinks available from chiller cabinet in reception, no aircon in room on 6th floor tho just a slightly open window so room got very hot, close to (very noisy) tram and train stations, plenty of al fresco dining close by.

Very average hotel.
The location near the station is quite easy to reach, although it is within the outskirts of e red-light area.
Rooms are quite comfortable, but if you are facing the street, noise could be quite loud starting early in the morning.
Services are ok, although staff doesn't smile excessively.
Wifi is working. 5

The hotel itself isn't too bad. It needs a little bit of an upgrade though. It's a little old school, with the carpets and decor. A few modern updates here and there such as having USB charging ports. Minibar was also quite empty, just a small bag of chips and a few beers.

The location is perfect. Only a 3 mins walk from the main station! It's a pretty standard hotel. There's a small bar and breakfast area, perfect for what you need. A shower and place to sleep.

The bathroom was clean and extremely spacious. The room was small but comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and overall, enjoyable stay.

The service is top notch, but unfortunately that doesn't overcome the other limitations. The building is old and the walls are hardly sound proof, the elevator is loud (and runs into the early morning) and the ventilation is poor. The price is reasonable if you remember to bring ear plugs.

Room was cleaned. Easy parking. Friendly service.

I have been in Düsseldorf for my business trip. Best Western made my good stay in Düsseldorf.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and tidy. It was a good location two minute walk to train station and around 20 mins to the old town.
