The hotel has a perfect location, by the central station and very well connected. The rooms are basic but ok, comfy enough for a short visit. The breakfast in my opinion is on the poor side.
I'm giving 1 star because the receptionist in the afternoon was incredibly rude and not willing to help us at all (there was a problem with our reservation). He said "he was too busy to waste time with us" and then started to talk in german expecting us to leave the place. We had a 4 night stay and in the end only stayed one night and decided to go to another hotel in the same street with better price and facilities.
I don't recommend this hotel, the service is awful.

Nice, Very clean hotel near main train station. And they give you a free public transport ticket!

Perfect location, just 2 min walk from the central railway station and close to the main places of interest for travelers. The free tickets for public transport are given at the reception desk. The equipment and furniture in rooms are basic but everything is spotless. The breakfast is standard buffet. The coffee machine in the lobby area is available during the day. The hotel is located in the Turkish district, therefore there are many restaurants offering tasty Turkish meals nearby. All in all, it's a good choice for people travelling on budget or coming to Dusseldorf on business for a couple of days.

Very nice place. I've stayed here for 1 night, as I needed a place to sleep after I've arrived to the Düsseldorf Central station. It took me 5 minutes to walk to the doors. It was late at night, but I was welcomed and shown to my room. The price was reasonable, the room was also nice - warm, comfortable bed, toiletries and clean shower. The check out was at 11, but I was a little late, but gladly no one mentioned that to me. Overall it's a nice place, especially if you want something cheaper, but with good quality and quick access to the Central Station.

I wanted a one night stay in Dusseldorf. Low price, clean, excellent staff.
I good surprise was I got a free pass for all public transportation in the early morning I check in, and I used it extensively to visit more town I initially planned.
Room is clean, with all you need.
Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices.
Very pleased offered value for price.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

It is an ok hotel. Nothing special. Very good location since it is very near to train station and restaurants. The elevator is old an a little bit scary. I was not able to sleep well because of the noisy cars and people outside. The good part is, they will give you a 1-day ticket to use on any public transport within the VRR territory.

Really at two steps from the station is a very quiet and cozy place. The team is extremely friendly and breakfast great! The rooms are quiet, clean and cozy...
