I have been there with my family for 4 nights and I was not happy with the services provided. Felt bad.

1) Booked a room in this hotel from their site and the room I opted it was completely different. They took the money in advance and provided the room which was very bad. Only pay when you are satisfied with the room so check before paying.

2) Services are very bad, they will come and only change the towels. No proper cleaning was done.

3) No phone, no room service has been provided. Only breakfast, don't expect anything else. Situated near the railway station, so we had multiple options for food. You need to take your luggage by your own, there are some places where you have stairs to take lift.

4) Few senior receptionists behaves like owner of that mid tier hotel.

5) Only thing good I can say is breakfast was good and warm , and the staff serves it happily.

The rooms are clean, neat and smell fresh. The towels are soft. The breakfast is delicious and warm. They are able to answer questions about the local area and have maps to help guide you. I just wish we there was a fridge in our room and water glasses.

Great location, rooms are clean and comfy, breakfast is super complete. We booked last minute because we had a problem with our reservation at another hotel and everything went great. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect stay for a night or two. The only issue was some odour in the room, most probably due to lack of proper ventilation, but many hotels on budgetary side have similar issues. Though it is an easy fix with an opened window.

Good location, near the main train station. Friday staff, normal clean room.
But Breakfast was really cheap and not fresh. the bathtub was clogged and the water could not go through which made the showering really complicated.

We chose to stay here as its close to the Central Station.
This hotel has probably known better days, it really needs some maintenance.
A dull room, squeaky uncomfortable bed, pillows were not fresh.
Small stuffy Bathroom, the shower cabin had a drainage problem, so you stand in a pool of water when showering.
They even have removed the mini fridge, ...therefore I asked to keep something cold in the hotel fridge for a short time as it was very hot, unfortunately that wasn't possible!
No A/C, no remote control for the TV.
There's lots of unkept wild vegetation by the window.
But the staff was friendly, they do what they can I suppose.

Stress from the begging. They give us a room with one bed, when we booked one with 2 beds. They told us that it was the only room they had (and it was already payed) after some bad noise and me asking to call for management they agree to give us one with 2 beds.... It also bother that they don't work with the sign of "please clean" neither with the one of "don't disturb" every morning the cleaning personal was knoking on our door to ask if he wanted us to clean... Pretty annoying if you stay in the city till late.... Some of the stuff pretty unfriendly, a classical problem in Germany. Location was good though.
