Very well Located hotel under unskilled and rude staff. We stayed 4 days there. Rooms were OK, as not bad. But the staff was not polite and helpful. Really need to be some professional staff there to attract customers. The staff was too dry to help. As we were big family with kids and grand parents, in this situation you need some extra help or sort of favour, which normally hotels provide and understand your situation. But this hotel staff was really like dry and rude

in a week they paid for a room for a mother with a child, in one day they wrote an email request for a late booking. The answer came in the second half of the next day, after a repeated letter asking if they could settle after 21:00, the answer was negative. Why was it not reported earlier about this, and when people were already on their way? You just have no conscience!

Scammers.. They told us that they dont have a 2-singlebed room and moved us to a 3 single bed room. First they told that we wont have to pay extra and then they charged us at check-out. Untrustworthy company.

Honestly this is a good hotel: the location is great very close to central station. The breakfast is fine and they make scrambled eggs for you on order, so they're fresh and taste great.
When we stayed it was very very hot; there is no arconditioning in the rooms but they gave us a fan without us having to ask for it.
The people were all incredibly nice and helped us out with whatever we needed. So all in all a really good hotel, especially in terms of service and price.

Good hotel, very close to Dusseldorf Central. Nice staff. the room is very clean and very comfortable. although my room was on the fifth floor, there was an elevator so that was not an issue. I booked a single room but I got a twin bedroom instead so it was very spacious for me. I would stay again.

Overall Not Reccomended. We reserved our 3 night stay at this intercity hotel. Arrived at 3pm, perhaps a little shy of, and guest room was being serviced still. Had to sit and wait with luggage. Elevator is an antique, only fits 3 pssngrs, door closed manually- akin to those retro Manhattan apartments. Guestroom was ok at best. Space was adequate, mattress was stiff and rigid/uncomfortable. One pillow provided, telephone available, small television, no toiletries (though bathroom is nice). On the other hand, with the fare i got to hotel for, most of this is expected. Buyer beware. I'm American, I reccomend only staying with a chain you recognize, in Europe. In conclusion, though I'm unsatisfied with the property, for the rate I paid, i will be forgiving. My advice: only stay here is you're looking for a budget accommodation, don't bring family. Not comfortable so I'm honestly, indifferent towards this property and therefore this review. Try Hotel Asahi down the road.

I'm spending a couple of nights in this hotel. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes away from the Central Station. It also includes a ticket to get free transport in many (not all) types of transport around nearby cities. Staff's attention is being good and price is good too. Recommended.
