They fixed the car, but I was a bit surprised that in such a big international company there's nobody speaking English. Eventually I got a person that said they could speak to me, but he ended up talking German to my girlfriend. Also the washing/vacuuming that is "complementary" with fixing car was done very poorly. The repair costs were exactly 2x higher than in other services, but at least they could fix it quickly.

Came in when my car broke down on holiday. Asked them to change the thermostat. They said they had to to a checkup first. Checkup results came: Thermostat bad, gaskets bad, everything's bad; the cost estimate included a cost for a new motor. In total the repair cost would be 2200 Euro, and the cost for the checkup was about 110 Euro. It would take 2 weeks to perform this repair.

Paid the 110 Euro for the checkup then went to another mechanic and changed the thermostat for 180 Euro in 1 day.

Today, almost 3 weeks later, the car runs better than ever.

Needed to buy a used car. Unfortunately de oldest car was from 2016.
