In my opinion, it was overpriced, there was no air conditioning so the room was very hot, there was no lock on the doors of the building so it didn't feel safe. The shower didn't have doors so when taking a shower you flood the whole bathroom.
Although, the location is pretty convenient, it had wifi (it was not that great) and comfortable matresses. However, for 90 euros a night, I feel kind of ripped off.

Dirty place, no one there to help us with the touch-screen (month selection on credit card data insert didn't work until we literally broke the touchpen on it by pushing).
Kitchen stuff was orrible and full of food stains from previous guests; same was for chairs, white stains on the pillows.. disgusting.
Better saving nothing on the shower and the wc.. never again.

It is ok to stay for one night if you don't have big expectations, rooms are clean but need renovations, common toilet is clean also but this depends olso by the others guest's, small kitchen, far from any city attractions, small yard where kids can play under strict supervision.

Positive: quiet residential area not too far from city center, possibility of private rooms with tv and minibar, with full kitchen and 2 restrooms just shared between 3 rooms, auto-checkin and check-out (machine at the entrance).
Negative: a little walk for tram stops or supermarkets, dark and desert region at night, no bars, bakeries, drug stores or shops nearby.

Good for longer stays. The rooms were clean and they had a kitchenette. Not very close to the city centre, but quiet and cozy.

Not the best location but the nearest trolley-stop is only 2 minutes walk away

Handy shared kitchen is great if you feel like rustling up some sauerkraut or kartofflen

Did not once encounter human staff (not really sure if+/-....)

Make sure that you've got your booking details printed or to hand to get your keys from the electronic bell-hop vending machine

I put a feet in my roam and decided not to stay. Rather spend the night up at the airport waiting for my 11am flight then to sleep there.
