I booked a automatic transmission car and instead i was given manual drive. I asked that the difference between the categories price is refunded and i was promissed by the Sixt employee that i will get back the VAT instead which i was happy with. However i haven't received anything from Sixt in terms of refund nor i have an email to confirm the refund. Generally really bad service from the Dresden West branch considering i use Sixt in other global locations.
