On the whole, I'm very satisfied with this gym. It has all the equipment I need, and I find the staff and management to be helpful and polite. The gym, changing rooms and showers are always clean and orderly. On the downside, I find the price to be quite high, and it can be very uncomfortable to work out here during the summer due to lack of AC. There is a sauna and solarium that I have never used, so I feel like I'm paying for non-fitness facilities that I have no interest in. In summary, it's quite expensive, but it's a good, well run and maintained gym.

Started the gym and no body told about the towel for a week. Now, another trainer came and ask to bring a towel. Can't go back home or buy it for a day. This waste lot of time and confusion. Things need to be more clear.

Es gibt das Sanarium (55 Grad, auch für Kinder zum Einstieg), ein Dampfbad (passen nur 4 Personen rein) und eine große Aufguss-Sauna, die sehr effektiv ist. Leider sind nur Tageskarten buchbar, auch wenn du vlt. nur 2, 5 Stunden planst. Da es keinen Außenbereich gibt, ist das von Nachteil.
Alles in einem sauber, gepflegt und eine entspannende Atmosphäre. Würde ich wieder nutzen.

Schönes Fitnessstudio mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern. Leider kostet schon das Probetraining 16 Euro. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis finde ich für einen Ort wie Dresden sehr schlecht. Geschäftsführung sollte auf jedenfall über ihre Preise nachdenken. In Dresden kann ich zb das quickfit wärmstens empfehlen. Für bodenständige Menschen definitv die bessere Variante.
