Die Ärzte und Schwestern/ Pfleger waren lückenlos nett und zuvorkommend, die nötigen Untersuchungen wurden sehr zeitnah erledigt . Alles war gut durchorganisiert , keine unnötigen Wartezeiten, das Essen war reichlich und sehr schmackhaft , die Zimmer sind sauber , mein Wunsch auf ein Einzelzimmer wurde berücksichtigt und erfüllt . Von mir gibt es eine klare Empfehlung für dieses Krankenhaus.

It remains to be seen whether this will be responded to. I mention it right at the beginning, because it should in no way lead to a devaluation of the work of everyone else on this station.
I can only praise all employees from A-Z in the highest tones, I was always treated in a friendly and attentive manner. Questions were always answered patiently by both doctors and staff. Examination and treatment times have already been found out the day before and this also worked. The only thing that could be improved would be the discharge day, because you don't really know how it will go.
I think it is important to mention the food, which is perfectly fine for me and also tasty, although I didn't know some things. Even choosing breakfast and dinner from the serving trolley was totally okay, so you could always have a nice little chat.
I would like to thank everyone again and wish them all the best for the difficult job.

Habe gestern Post von der Klinik erhalten, wo man auf meinen Eintrag im Bewertungsbogen eingeht, also denke ich, man nimmt es ernst.

Ich war 9 Tage auf der Station B 3 zur Diagnostik und Schmerzbehandlung.
Leider gab es in einer Nacht einen Zwischenfall, der mich nur indirekt betraf, aber leider so intensiv war, das ich mich zu einer Info im Bewertungsbogen veranlasst sah. Ob darauf reagiert wird, wird sich zeigen. Ich erwähne es deshalb gleich zu Beginn, weil dies keinesfalls zu einer Abwertung der Arbeit aller anderen auf dieser Station führen soll.
Ich kann alle Mitarbeiter von A-Z nur in höchsten Tönen loben, ich wurde stets freundlich und aufmerksam behandelt. Fragen wurden sowohl von Ärzten als auch vom Personal immer geduldig beantwortet. Untersuchungs- und Behandlungszeiten hat man bereits am Vortag erfahren und dies klappte auch. Verbesserungswürdig wäre lediglich der Entlassungstag, da weiß man doch nicht so recht wie es lang geht.
Wichtig zu erwähnen denke ich, wäre noch die Verpflegung, also für mich voll in Ordnung und auch schmackhaft, obwohl ich manches so nicht kannte. Auch das selbst Aussuchen von Frühstück und Abendessen vom Servierwagen war total in Ordnung , so konnte man doch immer ein kleines nettes Gespräch dabei führen.
Ich möchte mich nochmals bei allen bedanken und für die doch schwierige Tätigkeit, alles Gute wünschen.

Meine 'Behandlungen' empfand ich als unprofessionell sowie weder hilfreich noch unterstützend.

Bei zwei verschieden Ärzten wurde das Gespräch vorzeitig beendet, wobei der Arzt sowie die Ärztin sich mir gegenüber unprofessionell verhalten haben. Ich wurde sehr aufgelöst zurückgelassen.

Hauptsächlich wurde mir Medikation 'empfohlen', eine auf meine Bedürfnisse angepasste Hilfe bekam ich jedoch nicht. Eine eigene Meinung war auch nicht erwünscht.

Meine Zeit, in der Tagesklinik sowie in der Ambulanz, war reinste Zeitverschwendung.

Ich bin jetzt seit 4 1/2 Wochen auf der A3. Die Empfehlung kam von meinem Hausarzt. (Zweifel meinerseits gab es). Heute bin ich froh, darauf gehört zu haben. Die Schwestern/Pfleger/Ärzte/der Psychologe sowie die Mitarbeiter der Pysio, der Ergo, Sport … sind sehr emphatisch und versuchen auf alle Wünsche zu reagieren. Ich kann diese Klinik nur empfehlen. Man bekommt jede Menge „Werkzeuge“ um nach dem Aufenthalt klar zu kommen. Jammern könnte ich natürlich trotzdem, aber dann auf hohem Niveau.

Es gibt Regeln, welche man einhalten sollte, hält man sich daran ist alles halb so schlimm.

Kopf hoch, hier wird versucht jedem Menschen zu helfen.

Guten Morgen, war vom 12.7.-30.08. stationär auf der A2 2,5 Tage und dann A3 die restliche Zeit gewesen.
Die Aufnahme auf A2 war problemlos und stets freundliches Personal. Ebenso so die Versorgung und Pflege war gut und freundlich gewesen.
Der Wechsel auf A3 war etwas überraschend, aber die Übernahme verlief ebenso ohne weitere Probleme. Das Pflegepersonal, sowie Schwestern und Ärzte waren freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen.
Es war eine schöne Zeit dort gewesen. Was mir nicht so gefallen hat, wurde mir aber auch von den Ärzten erklärt. Die haben Leider nicht alle Krankheitsbilder behandelt, was ich schade fand, es aber akzeptiert habe.
Konnte mich aber dort gut erholen und genesen, durch gute Therapie-Angebote.

Würde dieses Krankenhaus jedem weiterempfehlen, der selber Probleme mit sich hat.
