Kundenfreundlich geht anders ... hatte ich mich doch heute entschlossen, den Bäcker mal zu Fuß aufzusuchen. Dort angekommen festgestellt- die Maske ????- vergessen... gewartet bis der einzige Kunde den Laden verlassen hatte und dann höflich nachgefragt ob man trotzdem ein paar Brötchen erhalten kann.
