Large apartment - bed room, living room, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub. Silent and clean. On 5th floor with perfect view on the Frauenkirche from the balcony. Perfect location within city center.

Pluses:
* Ideal Location.
* Small grocery shop next door (doesn't work on Wednesdays)
* Kitchen had utensils

Minuses:
* No microwave or oven.

* AC does not work, in July it was very hot, wasn't able to sleep well. No one will tell you in advance. Figures.

* In the evening and night there are people who sing play music or simply too loud, so be prepared that you will have to close windows and have a heatstroke or you will not able to sleep cause of the noise from the street.

* On the website the price is a big lie. You will get 75 eur+ only for cleaning(we were staying for 3 nights) + some weird number of lodging tax without any prior notice (may be if you book from booking they disclose it idk). Always double check actual end price with the hotel before coming, so you will not see +15% price increase.

Nice hotel in the center of Dresden. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was really gentle and attentive. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is really good. It's located on one of the main squares of Dresden (e.g. the "Frauenkirche" is only 200m away) and also some bus/tram stations are close by. So both for the arrival and departure you can use the public means of transport. In the close surrounding of the hotel there are also a lot's shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
Solely, the WIFI was not working that well (at least in our apartment).
Nonetheless, we had a great time in Dresden and we would definitely stay at Aparthotel Neumarkt again.

Did not expect this place to be such a nice hotel! Very decent prices and such a huge space. This place is really worth staying at! The rooms are apartments with very nice furnishings and a pretty nice view of the city square. Definitely worth the stay here, the staff was also very friendly and super helpful! Highly recommend you stay here if you're visiting Dresden.

There are several locations for this small chain of apartment hotels in the old city of Dresden. We had a large suite with two bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, one bathroom with laundry machine, and separate living room. The apartments don't offer daily room service and the breakfast buffet for all units is in a different building nearby. Our apartment was very centrally located and within easy walking distance to all tourist attractions, museums, and river tours. Three of our windows faced the Frauenkirche across the street directly: it doesn't get any more central than that.
The apartment was immaculatel, clean, and well equipped (microwave, warmed towel holder, coffee maker, ironing board, etc.). Everything is very well thought through with great attention to detail. Fast WiFi. Breakfast buffet was sufficient, although not luxurious by German standards. All the furniture and walls were within a dark yellow-to-brown color palette. The suite felt like a real flat because it was very spacious.
One caveat: because the central office for all apartments is in a central location it is in the pedestrian area of the old city of Dresden. You have to pay attention to the written driving directions you will receive upon booking to make your way through the pedestrian area with your car, to locate the courtyard of the office, and to find parking. This process is tricky and you will need the written instructions you will receive. The staff is very friendly and fluent in English.
For us, the Aparthotels were the perfect quarters to have a spacious 5-room suite in the core of the old town center across from the Hilton and Steigenberger Hotel (at less than Hilton-prices;)

Wow! One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had! Huge studio with bath tub (water pressure and temperature are great!), washing machine, kitchen appliances and so on. Cleanliness is superb. Highly recommend!

Comfortable place to stay. Almost fully-furnitured including washer/induction/kitchen instruments. I guess this place is good for tourist who want to stay as a local.
