Saxon wine shop at the Frauenkirche

This small wine store carries a very nice selection of reasonably priced German wines. Most bottles, whether red or white, were between €13-€20. The woman who works there was very friendly and between my broken German and her small amount of English, helped me find a few bottles that my partner and I really enjoyed. If you are in the Altstadt area of Dresden, I highly recommend this shop, especially if you are interested in trying some excellent local wines.

Been there twice, really nice wines and fair prices. If you want to explore Saxon wines you should go there.

The questions asked were answered unfriendly. It almost came across as if you wanted to get rid of the customers. The saleswoman probably wanted to quit her card game on the computer rather than give advice. Especially as a wine inexperienced customer, you need good advice in order to then make a purchase decision.
I cannot recommend the shop and I am disappointed that this is not the way to go with customers! around.

Haben als Mitbringsel eine Flasche Wein aus Sachsen gesucht. Durch die vielen positiven Rezensionen haben wir uns für den Laden entschieden. Haben bei der Verkäuferin nach einer Beratung gefragt. Die gestellten Fragen wurden unfreundlich beantwortet. Fast kam es so rüber als wollte man die Kundschaft los werden. Die Verkäuferin wollte wohl eher ihr Kartenspiel auf dem Rechner Beenden als zu beraten. Besonders als Wein unerfahrer Kunde, benötigt man eine gute Beratung um dann eine Kaufentscheidung zu fällen.
Ich kann den Laden nicht empfehlen und bin enttäuscht, so geht man nicht mit Kunden! um.
