The service was amazing. We tried three dishes: shrimp tartar, sweetbreads and butter fish. All dishes were delicious. The restaurant has great selection of local Saxony wines. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the wine and helped to make the perfect selection. The service was very friendly and great.

First must tell everyone I am not a Michelin star restaurant goer. ( been to a few But not my Usual dining experience ) this restaurant was next to our hotel and it was time to make some kind of change in the eating experiences !! So we try this one 730 reservations !!the waiter excellent professional nice spoke well calm everything a waiter should be even explained every explained every dish that came out !!!‘unfortunately Thr menu is very limited and they said they were vegetarian friendly ( it posted on tripadvisor and Google. ) and as you can see from the menu there is nothing on the main course that a vegetarian could eat so the chef nicely put a vegetarian dish together and I must said it was a delicious but it took so long first we had to salad iwhich was not really a salad it was a piece of lettuce !!!really I know it’s gourmet but a piece of lettuce !!ok and the flank steak was delicious and the potatoes were good and the apple strudel was outstanding but we left at 10 o’clock which is much too long to stay 2;30 they were very nice you could sit outside on the upper deck seeing the tower from above it is a lovely restaurant and if you’re a Michelin star type of person that likes to eat and drink this is for you this is a very expensive restaurant You can get 3 to 5 courses or À la carte

We had great time at Moritz. The service was really good. The waiter knew how to recommend local wines that fit the palette and the dish served. Try their "Der Kleine Schwarz" White and Rose. The food itself was great. The summer menu goes perfect with the weather. The main course was on spot. The lamb cooked to perfection medium rare. If you don't go with a 4 course menu, make sure you try the soup in the summer menu. The twist of plums in the mushrooms cream soup got me out of surprise.

Had such a lovely evening here. We went with the 3 courses with wine pairing, and were glad we did. The food was beautiful, the wine pairings were perfect and our waiter Paul was brilliant! Funny and friendly guy with great recommendations and attention to detail.

Delightful food with several outstanding dishes such as the spaghettini with truffle sauce. Certainly one of the best restaurants in Dresden.

I had the five courses, with the wine pairing. I found each dish to be interesting takes, and each wine well suited to pair. The carpacio of beef is a routine starter, but what really made it pop was the Parmigiano foam. So on with the pumpkin soup, but then the wonton filled with chopped cashews, also thin slices of pickled carrot that tasted gingery. I could go on and on, but you should really just see for yourself. The service was fantastic!
