We had disappointing experience with this hotel.
The room itself was fine, but I forgot my robe in the room and when I came back for it 4 hours later after check-out, the robe was gone and the cleaning crew said they didn’t find anything.
The robe for sure was left at the room and you usually expect, that in a 4-star hotel you will get your things back if you forgot them by accident, but I never saw my robe again. So this spoiled the whole impression of the hotel.

Came in and ask for room price, all good so far. I left my car on the driveway, with my wife on it while quickly going to the corner store for literally 8 minutes. The front desk lady comes out and demands her to move our car NOW. Oh OK... I guess that means we are not checking in after all. Very rude personnel. What a way to make tourists feel unwanted.

Great hotel in walking distance from all the highlights of Dresden. We got a super deal with breakfast included. Great spread with Thüringer sausages, freshly made scrambled egg, fresh fruit smoothie and FREE Sekt ????!
Parking on the street is only 3€/24h!
Rooms are big and well maintained.

Walk distance from the tourist attractions in the old town. Silent air condition. Can rent a comfy bike to cruise the city or take a longer ride to i.e. Pillnitz. You can pay for parking with credit card at the reception, parking spots available any time during the weekend. Room we had was spacious, same for the bathroom. There is nothing to complain about.

2 stars only for the position. Rooms are dirty, there is not even a wardrobe. We booked a double room and the beds are also separated. It worth the half of the price. Definitely disappointed. Not recommended. It’s fine if you pay 20-25 euro per night

The Hotel has a very unique and creative design, our room was very comfortable, the stuff was very polite, prices were reasonable, I can warmly recommend Hotel Penck :)

Modern hotel, but working table is missing and minibar also.
