The rooms and the service was very good. The only problem we had was that the room, was a 20x room, with window to the railway. If you want to sleep with open window, then there is a lot of noise in the night. But in general the location of the hotel, close to the city center, was very good.

We stayed for 3 nights and we had a pleasant time. The hotel was very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service was also excellent too! Highly recommend!

After a very unpleasing beginning at this Hotel. The management finally took over and showed some Customer Service. I recieved a phone call from Simone who was very apologetic and friendly. I also recieved a couple of free drinks which were very much appreciated. Its a shame that the level of Customer Service some of the other employees have is non nonexistent. However I trust that since, this issue will be dealt with. The last day in this hotel was very comfortable. And I'm just about to go and try the extensive breakfast buffet.

super quiet rooms. There's a train going outside the window and you don't hear anything. air conditioning in the room.

Great rooms and good prices. Close to public transport and a Rewe supermarket.

Nice match to one night stay. Parking is not available at the hotel itself but offered via parking garage right on side. Breakfast is not so perfect as mentioned by others but acceptable. Railways right in front so no chance to keep window opened. Room facilities fully functional, clean bathroom. Pillows a bit synthetics for me, probably filling requires update. Requested queen size was formed from two separate beds. Mineral water as complement. Courteous reception service. Good.
