Although it is a big apartment and rooms are large and spacious, it doesn't have laundry service.

Beautiful aparment! I visited Dresden with my family a year ago, and I'm so glad we chose "Aparthotel am Zwinger" to stay in. The apartment is big, light, and clean. There also were huge windows and open space with kitchen and living room in it. I loved it!
The hostess was also nice and polite.
Plus, the apartment is very close to the city centre and located in the nice building. Even though it's right near the road, we almost couldn't hear the noises of the street.

Very nice aparthotel. The location is perfect if you are attending an event in the conference center. Around 5min walking. The rooms are spacious,clean and well equipped to prepare breakfast or a simple meal. The reception is only open until 18:00 but getting the room key after that time is still easy.

We were allocated a studio apartment in same building as the reception, which was very convenient as it also had a lift. The apartment apartment was well equipped with a flatscreen TV, kettle, fridge, capsule coffee machine u0026 small electric hotplate. The bed was very comfortable (albeit a bit low) and the bathroom was large u0026 modern. Reception is not manned 24 hours a day and the front door is supposed to be locked after reception has closed for the day. We discovered that the front door did not lock!!

The apartment is in a great location - just 5-10 minutes from the Altstadt - and is a great option if you are looking for more space!

BEAUTIFUL hotel. Perfect two night stay. Gorgeous u0026 clean rooms. So spacious! Our family enjoyed our stay. Close to main attractions/transportation hubs. Highly recommend this hotel!!!! Exceeded our expectations.

There is no internet in the room. Cheap outdated IKEA furniture, leaky shower, breakfast buffet is abismal, no cellular internet reception at all. When I complained about the internet they just said they’ll restart the router and after hours of nothing happening they supposedly did restart the router and it still doesn’t work. I would be ashamed of taking money from people for a service that I advertise offering and not deliver... in 2019 internet is a right not a luxury. Would never like to stay here again. In fact, any hotel that advertises high speed internet on offer and doesn’t actually have it in ALL rooms should be sued.
