Excellent apartment!
Really nice apartment located near the railway station.
It’s a really old building with lots of character, modern kitchen and bathrooms.
The only downside was that they advertised free parking and when I arrived there was only two parking spaces and both were taken, I called the manager and he said there was a parking garage close by that charged 10 euros a day, had I known there was no parking available, I probably would not have booked this apartment, as it’s a good walk into the city.
If you are arriving by train, then this apartment is perfect.

Very nice apartment (A6) for a group of six. Big dining room table, nice sized kitchen and two toilets (one with shower) are enough to get you through and the beds are pretty comfy. Free breakfast bread and fruit is a lovely touch!

Really impressed with the apartment. Place is very near a train station and tram stop that links you to the rest of dresden. The apartment itself was great. Two bedroom with enough room to sleep 6 in the rooms and maybe another one or two in the front room if you wanted to. Furnished nice, warm when it was - 15 outside, and clean and well presented all round. Lots of things there in the apartment if you wanted to store some food and do some cooking. One bathroom and two toilets also in the one we were staying in. All in all a great stay. Highly recommended.
A nice touch was the freshly baked bread every day!

Fair price, I'd stay here one more time but not more than for the 2 days.
Cons:
- In our apartment (8) wasn't enough wardrobes, shelfs and hangers (and it was warm, we didn't have much cloths).
- To much room in the bathroom. It's clean, looks great but the space aren't use at all. I wish I had a second toilet there or a closet.
- Really small kitchen. You'll face some difficulties if you want to cook.
- Parking - you could park your car near the main entrance (backdoor of the house) but other guests will block your car and you'll not be able to leave the house when you need. I just can imagine how fury one could be when he finds his car blocked in the morning before his flight back home. That's really bad habit of the guests and an opportunity for improvement for the host. There's no notice about it in the description and if you don't want to be blocked you have to pay for overnight parking on the streets.

Pros:
- Enough space/beds for 5 adults
- Clean
- Fruits and bread
- Fancy private building
- Easy check-in process (but don't forget to find a code for the locker in the separate email from the host)

Nice place to stay in Dresden for couple days, closer to the city center (10-15 min walk). We stayed in room for 5 people (A-8) on the top floor, there is no elevator in this building so be prepared to carry the luggage up by yourself. The rooms are clean and bright but ceiling is too low in some areas. Also there are only 2 parking lots near the building and parking in the neighborhood is not free from 8am to 7pm.

Amazing apartment. Everithing that was in pictures was like that. Breakfast every morning (pastrys and Fruit). 10 min walk from center and 1min to local shops and caffe Shop. Nice, clean, quiet place for rest after long day of exploring city of Dresden.

As a Air BnB offering it is right on with value for money. It is clean, comfortable and nicely renovated for the traveling guests. Center of town is within walking distance.
