The Stille Wasser is a fountain in Albertplatz that forms a counterpart to the more turbulent “Stormy Waves” fountain opposite. It features a full relief frieze showing a peaceful joyous scene of music and festivities, involving classically inspired characters such as Nymphs and mermaid, in contrast to the sea war of “Stormy Waves”.

Not a must-see, but definitely worth a look if you're in Albertplatz or close by.

A very beautiful pair of similar fountains, at the base of which are sculptures of pretty girls. There are also many benches for relaxation in the square where these fountains stand.
