Very rude waitress! I clearly pointed the menu to her and she gave me the wrong food. I could wait but she came with very rude gesture and served it with anger on me. How could I enjoy it?? She gave me fork and knife to eat fried rice.. I asked a spoon and she was like throwing it on the table.. Not even saying sorry..

Very rude staff, not tasty food, bad cooking oil used, spoiled vegetables. Never go there.

Went for a Friday night meal. Had the pho. It being a Vietnamese restaurant, this should be an easy dish for them. It came without the pho essentials of sprouts, coriander, and lime. Also had to request chopsticks multiple times before they were brought and my wife’s order was incorrect. She ordered the grilled duck with fried noodles. Both noodles and duck were fried. Not a catastrophe but not what was ordered nor offered on the menu. Also waited ages for my beer and was given an incorrect bill. We had to show the server the correct price by using a calculator. Overall decent but not worth the 25 minute walk. Just wanted an easy meal without any complications. That was not had.

Good food, great atmosphere, many parking spaces. Authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Don't eat at this place. Go to Hu0026H Doner (the place next door) instead.
At Kaisergarten the food is mediocre. Also the staff is unfriendly, uninterested and doesn't care about its customers. You can't pay using your bankcard and the nearest ATM charges a €5,- fee for witdrawing money. In the end you end up paying a lot of money for a dismall meal. At Hu0026H Doner they DO offer great Doner and also excellent customer service.
