Decent price and great location. If you need a place to lay your head, this works fine. It depends how light of a sleeper you are and what time of year it is, but theres a beer garden downstairs. If you close the window it gets a bit hot, but if you open it you might be able to hear the people down there. Other than that, all was great.

Considering the price (108€ per person for 3 nights in a twin room), this hostel is amazing! Great location, close to the main train station, the tram into the Alt- u0026 Neustadt. Modern interior, helpful staff, kitchen facilities provided. Defo recommended!

You get what you paid for. I got a single room for 1 person. It comes with its own wc and shower and room cones with a hairdryer and towels and bed linen and a pillow. Good 3 star hotel level for cheaper than an actual 3 star hotel. Lots of outlets in the room, the bathroom is clean. I just wish the table was a bit bigger and the Chair for table had a back to support my back, that would really help in actually doing any kind of work while staying there.

Service was helpful, but comparing to other Au0026O hostels we've slept in, I think that would be good if the hotel was renovated. Lack of water cooker in kitchen. Location very close to Main Railway Station.

Not great not bad. Low budget sleeping. Depends on your roommates too. My mattress was dirty. The sink was broken but it was fixed. Close to the train station so noise was an issue. A good store close and a public transport station too.

The hostel is located near to the Dresden Hbf, in a walking distance maybe less than one kilometer. We stayed 6 people in a room. Room was good for 6 people.

But service was not so good. They didn't mention about the extra payment of bedsheets and covers for pillows and blankets on the website which we had to pay after arriving at the hostel. Even we had to put the cover and bedsheets by ourselves. There were a small visitor tax while we are from Berlin. The machine for paying wasn't working while they proposed to pay online. Instead their approach to the matter wasn't good.

Had a bit of a chaotic experience at au0026o Dresden. It feels like the staff is overwhelmed and a bit stressed. Every time I had to go to the front desk (any time of the day) there was a lot going on and I had to wait quite a while. Washing machine was not working, there were no signs indicating that and no one I talked to was aware either. Would be fine to do some of the laundry by hand, but the heating on the towel rack in the bathroom also didn't work and no one knew for sure if the drying machine was working. When I asked at the front desk if there was a laundromat nearby, the answer was: Google it. As a result I had to spend half a day looking for a laundromat and staring at a washing machine. Bathroom could be better, don't go looking for the mold, cause you'll find a lot of it.
